You turn a notebook and a walk-through into a route: order, access, what a normal reading looks like, and what is out of limit. You try it with the person who will use it, then you change it.

Support, early shift
Plants and water crews call before the office does. You can read a route, a queue, and a closeout well enough to say what happened, and you write it down so the next person on support does not start over.
