What we hold, and what this website does not.

The website
Reading tidep.xyz does not require an account. We do not set cookies, we do not run a third-party analytics tag, and we do not embed video or fonts from another site. The server that delivers the pages will have an ordinary access log: address, time, and the path requested. We use that log to keep the site up and to look at abuse. We do not sell it.
If you email hello@tidep.xyz or security@tidep.xyz, we keep the message so we can reply and so the next person on the thread has the context. Do not send a customer’s inspection photos to the marketing address. Those belong in the product, under your workspace.
The product
When a crew uses Tidep, the workspace holds account names, email addresses, roles, routes, assets, readings, notes, deficiency history, and the photos attached to a point. That content belongs to the customer. We process it to provide the service: to show the route, to sync the queue, to build the pack, and to support you when something breaks.
We do not sell inspection records. We do not use a customer’s photos to train a model we then offer to someone else. We do not put customer names on this website unless the customer has agreed to the case note you can read under Customers. Those notes are written with them and checked by them.
How long
On Route and Plant, records stay for the subscription and 90 days after it ends, then we delete them. Works follows the retention schedule in the order. You can export a route before then. Details are on the security page.
People
If you are an inspector and you want your name removed from a workspace, ask your administrator. They control the seats. If you email us about a job, we keep the note while the role is open and a short while after, then delete it if we are not hiring you.
