The first page is what is still wrong.
A pack is a PDF of one round, or of one month of a route. It opens on the items that are open or out of limit. The checks that passed are in the back, so they can be audited without leading the story.
Before Tidep, Riverward’s aide spent about six hours on Friday turning notebooks and texts into something the superintendent could send. The walk had already happened. The time went to assembly. The pack is now ready for review when the trucks are back, and that review takes about forty minutes. The number is theirs, from 2024, and it is about paperwork, not about walking faster.
What we leave out on purpose
A photo with no asset, no time, and no reading does not go in the front of the pack. It can sit on the record as an attachment, and the pack will say the attachment had no reading. People argue with this. The argument is the point: a wet flange in a picture is not yet a record. A photo is not a record is the longer version.
CSV when a PDF is the wrong shape
Plant and Works can export one route as CSV: asset, check, reading, limit, result, time, person. That is for the person who already has a workbook. It is not a data warehouse. Exports lists the columns.
