You may read these pages and share links to them. You may not copy the site into another product, misrepresent Tidep, or send automated traffic at a volume that gets in the way of everyone else. The text, photographs, and the mark are owned by Tidep, Inc..

The journal is not advice for your regulator

Essays describe how we think about rounds, evidence, and closeout. They are not a compliance opinion for your plant, your utility, or your campus. Limits, hold points, and what may block a startup are yours to set. If a sentence conflicts with your procedure, your procedure wins.

The product

Access to the software, the price, the seats, and the retention schedule are in an order. If there is no order, there is no account. Prices on the pricing page are the public offer for Route and Plant as of the effective date above. Works is quoted. We can change the public prices going forward. We do not change what you are already paying until the renewal says so.

No warranty on the pages

The website is provided as it stands. We try to keep it accurate. We do not warrant that a page is complete for your use. The product warranty, if any, is the one in the order, and it is narrower than a marketing sentence.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Tidep, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Allegheny County are the venue we both accept for a dispute about the website, unless a non-waivable law says otherwise.
