Exports

A PDF pack that leads with open items, and a CSV of one route when a workbook is the right tool.

Two exports. A PDF pack, and a CSV of one route. There is no “export the company.”

The pack

The pack is a PDF of one completed route-day, or of a month of a route if you ask for the month. The first pages are open deficiencies, held deficiencies, failed checks, and skips. Passed checks follow, in route order, so they can be audited without leading.

Unlabeled photos are listed as unlabeled. Corrected readings show the latest value and that a correction exists. The pack names the people who recorded.

Route, Plant, and Works all make packs. This is the file Riverward reviews when the trucks return, and the file East Ward puts in a board packet under a note a person still writes.

CSV

Plant and Works can download one route as CSV. Columns, in this order:

  • route
  • date
  • asset
  • check
  • reading
  • unit
  • limit
  • result
  • skipped reason, if any
  • person
  • time on device
  • deficiency id, if one opened
  • deficiency state

That is enough for a workbook you already have. It is not a feed for a warehouse, and we do not add columns because a single customer asked in a meeting. If you need a column that is not here, say what decision it serves. “All the data” is not a decision.

Photos are not in the CSV. They are in the pack, on the check. A CSV of image files is how you rebuild the shared folder this product is supposed to replace.
